Meet Tricia

Tricia Callaway, LICSW works with motivated women, aged 18 and older, who are ready to create meaningful, lasting change and step into their best selves. Her passion lies in helping women gain clarity on what they truly want their lives to be about and guiding them toward that vision, one step at a time. Together, they identify areas where clients feel stuck, explore the thoughts and behaviors that may be holding them back, and challenge old patterns that no longer serve them.

Tricia’s goal is to help her clients release habits that don’t support their growth, strengthen the ones that do, and uncover new ways to show up for themselves and fully embrace their lives. She excels at helping clients move from feeling "stuck" to "steady" and is energized by guiding them from "good" to "great." Her approach is rooted in the belief that it’s time for women to thrive.

With over 20 years of experience, Tricia brings a broad clinical background and a deep commitment to evidence-based treatment. Her approach is as unique as each client. Tricia blends cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) with solution-focused and strength-based modalities, believing that every person is doing the best they can with the skills they have. For those ready to create change and build new skills, Tricia provides the guidance and support needed to achieve their goals.

Clients describe Tricia as approachable, relatable, and nonjudgmental. Whether working with clients in person locally or virtually across the United States, she creates a supportive and open space for growth.

A graduate of the University of Pennsylvania School of Social Work, Tricia has spent more than two decades working in various clinical settings, including outpatient, inpatient, private practice, and as a supervisor for other clinicians. Today, she combines her therapy with a keen focus on strategic life building to help women create positive change.

Tricia also serves part-time on the faculty of the Department of Psychiatry at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston, MA.

The privilege of a lifetime is to be who you were meant to be.

A Thank You.

Words feel inadequate to express the profound impact Tricia Callaway, LICSW has had on my life. During my most challenging period, she stood by me with unwavering support and compassion. More than just a listener, she was a guide, helping me navigate the turbulent waters of my emotions and discover strengths I never knew I possessed.

Each session was transformative. I walked away feeling lighter and empowered, ready to face the world with newfound clarity and resilience. Our discussions were insightful and deeply meaningful, prompting me to lean into my feelings and explore them honestly and vulnerably. I always left with actionable insights, captured in my notes, which served as a roadmap for my continued growth.

She created a safe space where I felt comfortable laughing, crying, and simply being myself. Today, as I reflect on my journey, I am filled with a sense of peace that I hadn't thought possible. I don't believe in coincidences; I genuinely believe our paths were meant to cross. She was the perfect person to help me through this; I will forever be grateful for her presence in my journey.

She is, without a doubt, top-notch and a consummate professional. Look no further if you are looking for a counselor who will support you wholeheartedly, listen with empathy, and guide you towards lasting positive change. She has changed my life, and I know she can change yours too.
