& CREATE SUSTAINABLE CHANGE.

Women’s Mental Health | Work-Life Balance | Stress Management.

Hi, I’m Tricia.

I’m so glad you’re here.

With over 20 years of experience in clinical settings and private practice, my goal is to help you create the life you’ve always dreamed of—by empowering you to challenge old patterns and build new, healthier habits.

I blend cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) with solution-focused, strength-based methods to tailor my approach to your needs. I believe every individual is doing the best they can with the skills they have, and I’m here to help you expand those skills.

Whether you're facing mental health challenges or seeking strategy to improve your life’s direction, I work with you step by step, providing tools to overcome obstacles and make lasting change.

“Tricia is an exceptional therapist — very detailed, thoughtful and empathetic.

She cares tremendously for her patients and is quite dedicated, and she has substantial expertise in the area of women’s mental health. I would highly recommend her to anyone and have complete confidence in her skills.”

  • Tricia is wonderful to work with! She's genuine, easy going, caring and dependable. Her experience regarding navigating relationships has been a life saver. She has seen me through some heartbreaking and challenging family relationships over the years and I'm forever grateful. Tricia has been adept at helping me gain insight into the role I play in these relationships and discovering my own unhealthy behaviors. Having her caring support during my grief process, I was able to come to a place of acceptance that still remains hopeful yet grounded in the reality that we don't have the power to change others.
